Terms of Use
EnkiAdmin is licensed to you under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). These terms add a few points specific to EnkiAdmin. If anything here conflicts with Apple’s EULA, Apple’s EULA governs.
1. The app
EnkiAdmin is made by EnkiCube LLC (“EnkiCube”). It lets IT administrators manage Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace tenants from an iPhone or iPad, using accounts and permissions they already have.
2. Your accounts and authority
- You may use EnkiAdmin only with tenants you are authorized to administer, and only within the permissions your organization has given you.
- Actions you take in the app (for example resetting passwords, blocking sign-ins, changing licences or admin roles, wiping devices, or deleting users) are carried out by Microsoft or Google on your instruction, as if you had made them in their admin portals. You are responsible for them and for confirming they are correct before you proceed.
- Keep your device and the App Lock passcode secure. The app requires App Lock because it holds admin sign-ins.
3. Subscriptions
- Some features need a paid subscription (EnkiAdmin Pro or MSP), bought through the App Store. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless they are cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID settings (Settings › your name › Subscriptions). Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
- Any unused part of a free trial, if offered, ends when you buy a subscription.
4. Third-party services
EnkiAdmin works with services run by Microsoft, Google and others. Their terms apply to your use of their services, and they can change or interrupt those services at any time, which can affect what the app can do. Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online and Intune are trademarks of Microsoft. Google Workspace is a trademark of Google LLC. EnkiCube is not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft or Google.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t use EnkiAdmin to access tenants or data you aren’t authorized to, to get around security controls, or in any way that breaks the law or Microsoft’s or Google’s terms. Don’t reverse engineer the app except where the law allows it.
6. Disclaimer
EnkiAdmin is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, EnkiCube makes no warranties beyond those in Apple’s EULA, and does not guarantee that the app is error-free or always available, or that information it shows (such as reports, recommendations or cost estimates) is complete or accurate. Check important changes in your provider’s admin portal.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, EnkiCube is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue or business, arising from your use of the app or from actions taken through it. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with its effective date. You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it and cancelling any subscription.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, except where the law of your country requires otherwise.
